Fuerteventura airport is located approximately 6KM from Puerto Del Rosario, the capital of the island. It is one of the busiest islands in Spain, almost equal to Ibiza. The majority of the tourists are from the UK and other EEC countries.
There is a bank and ATM machines in the main Terminal building.
There are several shops on the first floor including Air Zone multi shops which sell a large variety of goods including perfume, cosmetics, chocolate and spirits. There is also a cafe on each floor that sell soft drinks, spirits and beer and also sandwiches. There are also two craft shops.
There is a first aid service and also a lost property service. In the Terminal there is a play area for children.
Information desks: There are a couple of Aena Skycap information desks in the terminal area and there is also a tourist information office in the arrivals building.
